Ever wonder what you'd look like with a new set of pearly whites?
The Venus Virtual Smile Makeover Tool allows users to upload their picture and transform their smile by either superimposing a smile over their photo or by masking out their teeth and replacing them with a new set.

Originally a Flash-based web application, the project has been extended to a kiosk complete with a webcam and a printer.
