September 21 - One Day for World Peace

The power of the individual is astoundingly unlimited and it is the individual upon which our world's future relies. The institutional powers that be are lost as demonstrated throughout history and we are reminded again by the recent debt ceiling debacle in Washington.

Here is one video that speaks to the power of the individual. Jeremy Gilley (Peace One Day) has made his life's mission that of an international day of peace. It doesn't pretend to solve the issues of war and their causes but it does speak to the power of vision and the difference one of our follow human beings can make.
